How deep does the parody in Austin Powers go? We all know it as wild spoof of the swinging 60's baby and a wild spoof of the Bond genre, but who among the under-30 crowd really gets the level of parody of even the 60's Bond knock-off movies? I point to the SPACE single on the Austin Powers soundtrack: The Female of the Species with the great chorus:

"The female of the species is more deadly than the male"
